About the roleLocation: Barcelona, SpainWe are seeking a Demand Supply Analyst to help us running the supply at Country Organization (CO) level with the purpose to maintain good inventory levels and avoid supply disruptions.Key Responsibilities: - Leads all the required activities with all the stakekholders (plant, HUBs and Global functions) until the product is distributed in the local market. - Performs a daily review of stock coverage situation for those products below safety stock. - Maintains a good inventory level / coverage adherence at the Country Organization (CO) by following the best replenishment planning practices. - Manages monthly provisions of the product, shortage situations, Co-marketers supply activities, clinical trials and foreign medication forecast, ans also the financial controls related with the area. - Responsible to provide the required information related to artworks and mock up requests and to ensure safety label changes implementation at the required deadlines and with the minimum write off impact. - Participates in the product life cycle meetings as well as in the periodic demand reviews to ensure a proper supply plan and advise for potential stockout and / or write off risks. - Manages the life cycle changes from a supply plan perspective, such as prunings, divestments, site transfers and launches. - Responsible to deliver the periodic reports of the area and collaborates in the SOP meetings, such as supply and demand reviews and of slides deck edition. - SAP Superuser role can be required and also forget the participation in certain projects. - Ensures data adherence vs global guidelines and the timely GDP's training/certifications.Commitment to Diversity Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Role Requirements Essential Requirements: - Business Administration degree or similar. - Logistics background in distribution or planning (ideally in the Pharmaceutical sector). - Previous experience working within ERP environment (preferibly with SAP/S4H). - Spanish English proficiency.Desirable Requirements: - Master in logistics desired or APICS certification. - Knowledge of Kinaxis system administrator tool. - DRA, GMPs GDPs, Legal Marketing knowledge - Experience in channel managementWhy Novartis?
