The business goal is to double the size of the business over the next 5 years. Today the business is focused on accelerated organic and acquisitive growth into the dietary supplements, food and beverage and pet segments. The Role:Reporting to the VP Global Food and Beverage and EMEA H&W the EMEA Head of Business Development Fibers & Botanicals will be responsible for developing the strategy and delivering the expected sales growth of Botanical Extracts and FiberResponsibilities:• P&L responsibility for EMEA H&W Ingredients Sales.• Develop long-term strategic and financial plans.• Through thorough analysis of the market needs and challenges, consumer trends and competitors’ landscape, define an EMEA ingredient commercial strategy including customer segmentation, channel identification and cross-selling opportunities for the company.• Execute the commercial strategy to deliver the sales targets• Partner with the product development and applications team for the relevant applications development to meet customer needs, while also creating and launching new and innovative products. Requirements:• A proven strong commercial leader, with a track record experience developing and implementing successful business plans for botanical extracts and fibers• A leader who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills, and can deliver effective results through influence• Previous experience will have included a track record for growing sales and earnings, the direction and allocation of resources to support business initiatives, the initiation of innovative ideas to grow/drive the business, in depth experience and expertise in developing customer needs, relationship management and project management• A team player with a high level of drive, innovation and an entrepreneurship mindset.Position RequirementsLess than 1 Year work experience
