The Role:Reporting to the VP Global Food and Beverage and EMEA H&W the EMEA Head of Business Development Fibers & Botanicals will be responsible for developing the strategy and delivering the expected sales growth of Botanical Extracts and FiberResponsibilities:• P&L responsibility for EMEA H&W Ingredients Sales.• Develop long-term strategic and financial plans.• Through thorough analysis of the market needs and challenges, consumer trends and competitors’ landscape, define an EMEA ingredient commercial strategy including customer segmentation, channel identification and cross-selling opportunities for the company.• Execute the commercial strategy to deliver the sales targets• Partner with the product development and applications team for the relevant applications development to meet customer needs, while also creating and launching new and innovative products.
