A sus espaldas 4 años de experiencia eliminando papel y ayudando a empresas industriales ser más eficientes mediante su software. Funciones - Liderazgo Técnico Guiarás a un equipo de desarrollo en la implementación de soluciones innovadoras asegurando estándares de calidad y eficiencia.- Análisis y Coordinación Te encargarás principalmente del análisis la coordinación técnica del equipo y la validación de los desarrollos asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto.- Desarrollo y Solución de Problemas Utilizando tu experiencia técnica apoyarás al equipo en el desarrollo y solución de problemas complejos.- Mentoría Fomentarás el crecimiento profesional del equipo a través de la mentoría y la formación continua en las tecnologías y metodologías de desarrollo.QUE SE OFRECE - Formar parte de una empresa una innovadora startup tecnológica.- Posibilidad de crecer dentro de la empresa.- Equipo experto y dinámico que brinda la oportunidad de trabajar en un ambiente multicultural.- Trabajo hibrido (2 dias en oficinas 3 en remoto) y opcion de poder trabajar tambien 100 remoto.- Flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida.
