Funciones: Liderazgo Técnico: Guiarás a un equipo de desarrollo en la implementación de soluciones innovadoras, asegurando estándares de calidad y eficiencia. Análisis y Coordinación: Te encargarás principalmente del análisis, la coordinación técnica del equipo y la validación de los desarrollos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto. Desarrollo y Solución de Problemas: Utilizando tu experiencia técnica, apoyarás al equipo en el desarrollo y solución de problemas complejos. Mentoría: Fomentarás el crecimiento profesional del equipo a través de la mentoría y la formación continua en las tecnologías y metodologías de desarrollo.
