Salary: 1200-1300 € net per monthStart Date: ASAPA leading European manufacturer, with over 30 years’ experience in the heating sector has a vacancy for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Your role will involve assisting the Trade Marketing Director and Creative Director in the creation and implementation of marketing activities across all countries (UK, IE, ES, PT, FR & NL).The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing role and speak English and Spanish to a high standard. Ideally, we are looking for a native English speaker with a high level of Spanish.The role:• Supporting marketing initiatives with direction from the Trade Marketing Director.• Plan, execute and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.).• Manage chatter around the Rointe brands, for example responding to reviews and comments across various platforms like Feefo and social media.• Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.• Helping the SEO/SEM Manager in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.).• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels.• Prepare blog content for the website and other copywriting content like catalogues, product and emails.• Assisting the marketing team in design for digital and direct marketing materials using Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).• Assisting the TMD in event strategy, preparation and attendance.• Working with the TMD to create and execute a PR strategy.• Liaise and work with external agencies as necessary.• Managing online orders from Rointe websites, including liaising with resellers in order dispatch and delivery.The candidate:• 1-2 years previous experience in Marketing (preferably digital, social or content)• Native English speaking with C1 Spanish, or Spanish with a minimum C2 English language proficiency. Other languages considered a bonus.• Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop• Team player• High capacity for analysis, initiative and continuing learning• Dedicated and enthusiasticThe package:• Contract: 6M + 6M + Indefinido• Full time: Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 18.00
