Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesDesde Grupo Crit buscamos JEFE DE COCINA DE PASE DE CATERING para empresa de catering en España.FUNCIONES:* Gestionar varios servicios a la vez.* Planificación y organización de su equipo, turnos de trabajo, horarios, cargas de trabajo, entre otros.* Conocimiento de todos y cada uno de los servicios a prestar dentro del segmento catering, banquete, galas, cocktail, copas de vino, etc.* Preparación de la producción necesaria para la ejecución del servicio, material de servicio necesario, menaje, mobiliario, maquinaria, personal necesario, etc.* Elaboración, control y creación de recetas. Facilidad para interpretar recetas ajenas, conocimiento de los ingredientes.* Control operativo de las cocinas de catering durante el servicio.* Control y cumplimiento de normas higiénico-sanitarias y de manipulación de alimentos.* Creatividad tanto para mejorar la oferta gastronómica y su puesta en escena como en la resolución de incidencias.Requisitos* Estudios de Grado Medio o Superior de Cocina, Restauración, Hostelería o similar.* Con experiencia mínima de 5 años como DIRECTOR DE SERVICIO o CHEF EJECUTIVO, en sectores como el catering, sector hotelero, dirigiendo varios establecimientos o puntos de venta a la vez, o como jefe de cocina de catering con capacidad de gestionar varios servicios a la vez.* Experiencia en el control operativo de las cocinas de catering durante el servicio.* Profesional con sentido estético, que cuide el detalle y que haga cumplir los estándares de calidad de la compañía. * Conocimiento de la gestión de equipos, con dotes de liderazgo para motivar, con asertividad y empatía.Se ofrece* Contrato indefinido directamente con el cliente.* Modalidad presencial.* Ubicación San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.* Salario anual bruto: 30.000 a 35.000 euros.
